Once an online order has been paid through our website checkout, it cannot be changed. The order goes straight through to our warehouse system and it is not possible to make any changes from this point.
If you contact us before we finish processing your order. It may be possible to cancel the order and receive a refund. This would allow you to place a replacement order which could include the changes you want to make.
